Delivery

A page is only useful once it arrives. This layer covers how pages are delivered (static, server-rendered, single-page, from the edge) and HTTP as the browser observes it: requests, caching, cookies and CORS. If you configure it on the server, it belongs to CSE 135; if you can observe it from the browser, it belongs here.
