It follows only cse134.site/go/ addresses and links on bit.ly, t.co, tinyurl.com, goo.gl, lnkd.in, ow.ly, buff.ly and is.gd, sends HEAD requests, never reads a page's content, and stops after five hops. When a hop points anywhere else, the address is reported as the destination and not requested. A server that fetched any URL anyone typed would be a tool for attacking other servers, with this site's name on the requests.
-I asks for headers only; -L follows each Location, printing every response on the way. Leave off -L to see only the first hop.
